Light Up Legacy Park: Annual Holiday Lights Contest
Get ready to shine! Our community’s annual lighting contest is back, and we can’t wait to see Legacy Park glow.

• Most Elegant/Traditional
• Griswold Award (Biggest Electric Bill)
• Best Inflatables Display
Prizes:
• 1st Place: $60
• 2nd Place: $40
Contest Dates:
• Displays judged: December 13–17
• Judging Night: Wednesday, December 17 at 6:00 PM
Eligibility:
All HOA members must be up to date on dues to participate.
Santa on the Firetruck
Santa is making his annual ride through Legacy Park!
Date: Saturday, December 20
Time: 6:00 PM
Route: Exact neighborhood routes will be posted prior to the event.
Step outside, wave to Santa, and help us spread holiday cheer throughout the community!

Braesael Management can now offer e-billing and e-statements! Homeowners can simply toggle this option on and off on their account at www.braesael.com. Go to your profile page > communication tab and click the toggle to "receive estatements"

The rec center rental application has been updated. If you are interested in reserving the clubhouse for a private event the RENTAL FORM should be filled out and submitted to legacypark@braesael.com
Dues must be current for amenity usage. You can check your balance and make payments at www.braesael.com

Additional or replacement key fobs can be ordered directly from the Braesael website at www.braesael.com. Login and click "account information" and then "community passes". Braesael will receive a notification when an order has been placed and the fob will be mailed to you.
