Beginning this April, all vehicles parking in the Recreation Center's main and auxiliary (kiddie pool entrance) parking lots must display a valid Legacy Park Vehicle sticker. The stickers were distributed to all Legacy Park residents along with the announcement of the annual HOA meeting. If you did not receive your stickers, contact Braesael Management Company at 704-847-3507. Visitors should park their vehicles in the parking lot at the Recreation Center front entrance. The purpose of these parking restrictions is to discourage outsiders from using our common areas as a public park and prevent illicit after-hours activities
