For the second time this year, trees that were planted in the common area near the pond on the south side of Legacy Park have been willfully broken and destroyed.   These trees were broken off, halfway up their trunks -- a deliberate act by those who do not respect our property.

 

If you have any information that will help us to apprehend the individual/s responsible, please contact the Board via the Contact Us feature on this page.  These trees are valued at hundreds of dollars and represent the work of the Common Area Committee  -- who give up their Saturday mornings to beautify the grounds for all of us. 

 

Please help us to stop this destruction of property that belongs to all of us.
