Upon the recommendation of the Community Watch Committee, the Legacy Park Board has recently voted to change the closing time for the common areas. Closing time will now be at "dark" instead of the previous 9 PM. Common areas include the playground, picnic tables, soccer field, basketball court, tennis courts, the areas surrounding the ponds and the area near the pump house on South Legacy Park Blvd. The hours for access and use of the pool and the Rec Center and their parking lots remain unchanged. New signs noting the new closing time have been posted and our security patrol instructed to begin enforcing the new closing time. Residents are reminded that a valid Legacy Park sticker is required to be displayed on vehicles parked in the Rec Center parking lots with the exception of the guest lot adjacent to the front entrance. Vehicles in violation of this requirement are subject to being towed at the owner's expense.
